Dr. Anžela Papava performs dental fillings, aesthetic dental fillings, uncomplicated endodontic or root canal treatment, prosthetics, tooth extractions of various complexity (including wisdom teeth). The dentist works with magnification so that the result of the work is as aesthetic and precise as possible.
Dr. Anžela Papava graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of Riga Stradiņa University and completed the Dental Nurse program. The doctor has been practicing in the field of dentistry since 2016.
Dr. Papava is a Member of the Latvian Medical Association and the Latvian Dental Association.
Dr. Anžela Papava conducts pedagogical work with dental students at the Institute of Stomatology of Riga Stradiņa University.
In 2024, Dr. Anžela Papava spoke at the Medbaltica exhibition of the Latvian Dental Association conference with a lecture “The Role of a General Practice Dentist in the Treatment and Prevention of Periodontal Diseases”.
The dentist is the author of several publications, including an article in the evidence-based Latvian medical journal “Ārsts.lv” on the impact of periodontitis on the oral cavity and general health (November 2024).
Dr. Papava broadens her theoretical knowledge and practical skills by regularly attending courses and seminars in Latvia and abroad, including the 3-day “Master Course for Implant Surgery and Prosthetics” at the IFZI training center in Germany, as well as the 2-day “Introduction to Implantology” course at the MINEC training center and also aesthetic filling courses.
